From Wikipedia...May 4 is called Star Wars Day because of a pun or play on words based on the similarity between "May the 4th be with you" and "May the force be with you", a phrase often spoken in the Star Wars movies.
Who would've thunk that after all these years there would be something about Star Wars that I didn't know? And not just something, but a full day. Life, people, it really never stops surprising you.
In economic news, Filene's Basement has just filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. If this means that they are going to start closing stores, this is going to cause a major problem for my slightly-irregular underwear selection.
Actually, I better get over there now and find some half boxer-half bikini briefs before they are sold out...
